Paul  A. Leoni is committed to providing you with top notch legal support.  Our office approaches every client with a focus on integrity, advocacy, and understanding.  

Paul earned his J.D. Degree cum laude  from Western New England University School of Law in 2002. While in law  school, Paul served as Editor-in-Chief of the Western New England Law  Review. After graduating, Paul served a two year appointment as judicial  law clerk to the Honorable Henry J. Boroff, United States Bankruptcy  Court. Subsequently, Paul practiced law in Boston, Massachusetts as an associate in two leading firms. His practice areas included complex  commercial and environmental litigation, bankruptcy law, commercial leasing, and corporate  law.  After relocating to Oregon in 2007, he worked for a regional firm specializing in construction defect litigation.  In 2011, he founded Paul A. Leoni, Attorney  at Law.
 

Paul has represented high-profile clients in state and federal courts, including Fortune 500  entities and multinational corporations. He has also successfully represented publicly traded corporations, closely held companies, and individuals in transactions and disputed matters. As a solo practitioner, Paul is able to offer his experience and legal expertise to a wide array of clients at a reasonable cost.

Paul has been admitted to practice law in Oregon since 2003, and he is also admitted to the state bars of Washington and Massachusetts. He is active in a number of professional  organizations.
